I actually called another company when my garage door spring broke at 5:30 tonight. Lucky for me they were not able to take the call, so they referred me to Tom. He rushed right over and did not charge me any fees, eventhough he had to work until way after 8:30 pm to fix the door. He explained everything to me and was so knowledgable. I have not encountered this level of customer service in some time. I would highly recommend Rocket to anyone with a garage door problem. His price was also very fair. This company is definitely a gem!
