Being new to Plano and having just taken possession of a brand spankin old foreclosure home, I was apprehensive about spending too much to replace the ancient garage door opener. I looked at Citysearch and went with the best recommended door service provider I saw here and I am glad I did. Tom is not only an honest, hardworking individual, but he is ethical and genuinely cares about his customers. My dilapidated door opener was replaced in a prompt manner the same day I called at no extra charge. I had done my research online and was happy to see that Tom ''Don't Call me Sir'' (said made him feel old) told me the exact same thing the experts at a well-known magazine recommended. My door was adjusted, my opener was replaced and everything was done considering my budget. I will never use any other garage door service as long as Tom and Rocket are around.
