My carpets ultimately turned out nice, but I would not use Fairway again. There was just too much water it took days to dry. Before the guys left, I told them I was concerned about how wet the carpets were. I eventually called to complain and was told I would receive a check for 10% of the bill I had already paid. Never received the check and never had the guys come back to extract more water.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Really wet carpets
