Being an elder woman who lives alone, I had a problem with a clogged toilet...Within the hour, a very informative young man arrived. He explained what he was going to do and further explained what would happen if he was unable to fix the problem the easiest way.
He politely ask me how ""Young"" I was and gave me the senior discount. Very happy with the service and will call again if and when I need further assistance..
