Review content:
Bill came out very quickly and explained what could be wrong with the water heater. If the pilot light went out again he said the best thing to do was to replace it. I did not know at the time the water heater was over 18 years old. He was correct. Bill was courteous and efficient. We had used Roto-Rooter before and were always pleased. We had them replace the heater the next day. Price was excellent.
