Review content:
We recently discovered that we had leak in a pipe in our basement....it was spraying all over the place!!! We immediately called Roto-Rooter and our plumber, Louie, who was on a job at that moment, returned our call right away. He gave us a very reasonable timeframe for when he could get to us, instructed us to turn off the water, and he would call us when he was on the way. He did call us, but unfortunately it was to tell us that the job was running over. No worries though, he had already arranged for another plumber to come in his place and she would be there shortly. And she was. She was very sweet and very knowledgeable, and had the problem taken care of in about 30 minutes. We were very impressed by both of these employees. I do not know of another company where employees take the time to stay in touch and let you know what is happening.
