I have used this Vet for YEARS, at least 5 years. I bring my dog, a Min Pin and our cat, before we gave him to a friend about a year ago. They have always been attentive and eager to discuss options in service and the best possible care for my pets. I was reading the reviews and thinking to myself that this could not be the same vet I use! It is time for my dog?s yearly check-up so I called to make an appointment. The lady that answered the phone seemed extremely aggravated that I was even calling. And then when I tried to tell her that my dog had some issues I wanted checked she actually told me that she didn?t know what I needed. I was trying to ask her about the cost of vaccines that my dog may need and she she continued interrupting me and saying ?I don?t know?. I finally told her not to worry about it I would call another vet and she hung up on me! Wow, great service to a long time customer! Appreciate it! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I had to give a rating in order to publish the review.
