I have never experienced such poor customer service as I did at this Kinkos. Their staff messed up every part of my order - which included printing and binding 10 copies of a professional report. Given all of their mistakes and my numerous visits and proofs, the manager (Eric) tried to give me a 10% discount for all of the troubles, but not a single staff member of the 7 who were behind the counter couldn't even figure out how to work the system to put it on. Becoming very frustrated in the process - Eric proceeded to yell at me as though all of their mistakes were my fault. Since I had been nothing but courteous, I simply picked up my original and left the store fearing what might come out of my mouth if I decided to respond to his immature, unprofessional, and virtually incompetent mutterings. I took my project to Office Depot in Toco Hills where the staff were professional and courteous, the cost was approximately 20% cheaper, and the reports were ready for pick up in one hour! I will never go back to FedEx Kinkos in Decatur. I wasted a lot of time and energy trying to assist their staff in completing a very simple job. I would not waste your time unless they get new management and competent workers.
