The fact that they send a car service to pick you up makes life A LOT easier. I had a door panel replaced and a front bumper (yeah, I am a good driver). It came out to 1800 with tax. I told him that I had gotten estimates on the bumper elsewhere the lowest of which was 1250 and he quoted 1100 for it. I told him I didn't get an estimate for the door panel (even though I had but I wanted to see if he came in lower without that) and he quoted 700 which was basically in line with what my other quote was which was $645. So my suggestion is get some quotes beforehand and let him know what prices you found!
