Review content:
Recently we switched our cell phone service to At&t and omg have we had nothing but problems with them. They have managed to mess up every single thing they have told us. I have had to call the customer service line so many times that I'm pretty sure they know me by name. Geez, get your information right before you try to sell me something. Honestly! We were at the At&t kiosk for over 2 hours signing up for our phones and every bit of information was incorrect. We are still trying to get things fixed with them and we signed up with them in the beginning of January. This to me is ridiculous. To say that I wish we would've stayed with T-mobile would be a mild understatement. But the hubby wanted the I-phone so here we are dealing with this disaster of a decision. When I called the first time to fix some more incorrect info we were told the guy didn't even put our info in right..Seriously? We were not able to make changes to our account because our social and date of birth were not put into the system correct. Then when we got that changed they said ""If you want correct info always call the customer service line...the people at the store are just for selling the phones."" HUH? They're going to sell me a phone and monthly package but they only have info on the phones? That still doesn't add up to me. Anyways, another twenty minute call today and my issue is unresolved. Grrr. These people are clueless.
