Review content:
I've used At Home in Key West for month long visits for four years running and I've stayed at different places. Each house had it's own charm and amenities that reflected the owner tastes and pocketbook. One was INCREDIBLY swank and a huge treat. One was only necessities and quite passable and another that is the perfect mix for my needs. I've had some issues arise at each of these houses, a few being my own lack of knowledge and a few issues that things needed replacement or repairs. Even an A/C that went kaput the last two nights last year. Gale had a portable A/C system set up immediately so we could sleep comfortably. Each time, I had help the day it was needed. Art and Gale are exemplary in helping us over and beyond. Stuff happens anywhere, but the kind & efficient response is what we look for. I've asked for Gale's help in ways I know they aren't in anyway required to do, but there she was, smiling and saying, ""That's no problem!""
It means a lot to me to be able to go live a month in the magic of Key West and to me, a great big part of being there is knowing that there's people like Gale who treats me and my guests like friends.
If I lived in Key West (oh how I wish!) I'd love to be a affiliated with that company in some capacity.
