Review content:
Dr. Dorosti's partner Dr. Huguenin filled four cavities for me back in July 2010. After the procedure, I noticed that my teeth were very sensitive when I bit down. One month later I returned to their practice to complain about it. Dr. Huguenin filed the fillings down hoping it would correct the problem. Of course it did not. About a year later I returned for my annual checkup and Dr. Dorosti treated me. The x-rays showed that there was a gap between my teeth and the fillings which was causing the sensitivity problem. She recommended that she re-do the fillings for no charge. Later that night I was in excruciating pain. I returned the next day to complain, but her only solution was to file down the fillings. This of course did not help me and Dr. Dorosti insisted that the procedure was done correctly and there was nothing else she could do. I then visited another dentist who took x-rays to see what the problem was. He concluded that Dr. Dorosti drilled way too close to my nerves causing the pain. She also mistakenly left behind filling material. Rather than taking responsibility for her mistake, Dr. Dorosti has caused me 3 months of pain and $3600 in root canals and crowns, when all I needed were simple fillings.
