Review content:
The plumber, from Cumberland RI, came within the hour as he said. He was nice enough. However when I recovered from the price, a standard 359.00 with tax, over $400.00, for ten minutes of work, and a little over an hour of total time at my home, I asked about the high price. He said it was standard. My only peeve is that there was a coupon for $25.00 online. Sensing my concern for the price I think it would have been good business for him to inform me of the coupon, I found out about it later, by going over the reviews. One gentleman said when he questioned the price to his plumber, he mentioned a $40.00 dollar coupon and he was able to print it up right then. I just think it would have been good business to let us know. You know make the customer happy. I mean $350.00 for an hour is a lot to take in, especially when he got free parts from the city water man.
