DO NOT GO HERE if you want the job done right!! I went in to have my roots redyed and my highlights refreshed. I was scheduled with the owner John, who you would think would know what he is doing. He got the hair dye all over my face, cheeks, chin, near one of my eyes and spread it an inch from my hair line. I had to ask someone to help me remove the black and then had to finish up the job on my own the best I could. I decided if this is how it started it was not going to end any better so I let them know I was going to leave once my hair had been washed out. John asked me to come to his chair where I pointed out the inch or so from my hair line, cheek, chin, etc where my skin was STILL dyed and how he had dyed over all of the highlights in my bangs instead of just doing the roots as asked. He denied it all !! and made excuses instead of apologizing and asking what he could do to make it better. Extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating. My recommendation is to spend your time and money else where. BTW they still charged me. I am reversing the charge.
