Review content:
I have been a dedicated customer there for years. I'm in there almost every week for my reptile food and products, specifically to support their local business.
I recently purchased a $200 baby snake, it died 14 days after I had it. I brought it in, and the owner said he does not guarantee their animals after they leave the store!!! refusing to give me even some of my money back or replacing it. Both my kids and I are heartbroken over losing her. Now this just shows how much he loves his money more than his animals and customers. This is the 2nd time I experienced an animal from there that died in the passed few months. The first one was a Savannah Monitor I had a down payment on, luckily I realized it was sick and I didn't take it home, and it took me talking to an employee to ask the owner numerous times if he could separate it from the others and try to see if it could be helped, as he didn't think it was sickly.
I'm very upset over the way the owner acted toward me. Why wouldn't a local store guarantee their animals? Even reptile show vendors have guarantees! I will not be supporting this store anymore!
