I've visited many shoe hospitals within Houston. However, I think this location tops all! I have been here two times and each time there was the same nice gentleman at the counter happy to be of service. Regardless if there is a line out of the door or if I am the only customer there, he treats each person with individual care and attention. His customer service is extraordinary and rare...and I will definitely be sure to visit this exact location!
