Our septic system blocked up on a Saturday night late and the next morning I called Roto Rooter in Knoxville looking for a plumber. Not only did they send someone out in less than an hour they sent Dennis who was just fabulous. He diagnosed our problem quickly and after giving us an estimate started to work. Dennis not only solved our problem he showed me how to prevent the problem from happening again. Since I knew nothing about septic systems I asked him a million questions. Dennis was extremely professional and answered all my questions. Great service, professional plumber, fair price, what's not to love.
