This place is terrible! I went in for a routine oil change and mentioned that I will be leaving on a road trip soon so I wanted to make sure that my car would not be impaired on the road trip. They recommended over $2000 worth of repairs, including new brakes and rotators even though I had just had my old ones replaced a few months ago. They ""strongly recommended"" that I have this work done so I wouldn't face a break down on the road. I followed up with the local car dealership shop and a nearby mechanic who both told me independently that all of the recommendations were absurd and unnecessary. They both turned me away, refusing to offer the same services (at less than half of Connie and Dick's price) telling me that they were not needed. When I called Connie and Dick's back they got defensive and told me that they were merely ""suggestions"" and that they hadn't tried to pressure me into getting the repairs by suggesting I might not make it to my destination (which they had). As a twenty-something female college student, it is not uncommon to get hoodwinked by car repair shops but this has by far my worst experience. Even if I had needed repairs done, I could have easily got them done for much cheaper else where. My advice: stay away!
