My name is Shane G and I just had to write a personal experience about Family Dermatology based on before Dr Flynn even started Family Dermatology and was with another firm. My family was one of his very first customers. Since then I have recommended MANY other family and friends to see Dr. Flynn. He has always went above and beyond with me. I have had several procedures with many pre-cancerous moles being removed. He has always taken the time that I needed to feel comfortable with the treatment and his explanation. On one occasion one of my best friends called me in a panic since his wife was in terrible pain with a skin issue and couldn't get into her own dermatologist for 2 weeks even though it was an emergency. All I had to do is send a message to Dr Flynn and he arranged to see her that afternoon. Needless to say they switched doctors to Family Dermatology. Then as recent as this week right before I was to head on a business trip I broke out all over my back in a rash and in a panic was going to cancel my trip and my wife said - ""WHY DONT YOU TAKE A PICTURE AND SEND TO DR FLYNN"". So I did and within 15 minutes he responded and took care of me. BOTTOM LINE... I have had so many terrible experiences with Dermatologists over the years, and what a joy it is to have someone who remembers who you are and is willing to go way ABOVE & BEYOND what most would ever do. You cant and wont find a better dermatologist around. Dr Flynn thanks again....... Shane & Debbie Gates
