Review content:
Needed 2 new AC units installed in our 5th wheel trailer. Camperland came and installed the units, but didn?t test them out. About a month later when it started to get cold we flipped on our new thermostat installed by Camperland to find out they did not hook up the ?heating? part. While the AC works good, however, when we pull this trailer up to Montana for the winter the heater is a must. So I called down and finally got a service guy to come out on a Wednesday. He was only 3 hours late and had no clue what the F he was doing. He said he?d send someone out on Friday. No one showed. Finally after calling and leaving lots of messages they said someone would be out the following Monday. Now here I sit and they are already 2 hours late. But it?s giving me time to tell the world NOT TO UES THIS RV BUSINESS. Since they have already been paid the $2,800 they have NO CARE about fixing this mistake they messed up on. Too bad people like this are still in business.

PS Camperland - I?m still waiting.... just made another call and the owner said his service tech was on the was. You told me that same story 45 minutes ago.
