I contracted elegant arrivals to provide our limo service for our wedding on September 4. I should have read the reviews!! The limo broke down when it was picking up the groomsmen and had to be jumped. The air conditioning was also broke and the groomsmen sweat all the way to the church. When the limo came to pick up me and my bridesmaids, we were also disgusted to find that there was no air conditioning and we had to ride to the church with the windows down. The driver also took a zig zag course to the church because he clearly had no idea where he was going, even though we were only ten minutes away. I had to turn around and give directions to the driver so that we could get there on time. When we got to the church the driver said that they were bringing another limo, apparently because the one we were in broke down and had no ac. When we go in the ""new"" limo to ride to the reception hall, the air conditioning still didn't work!!! It was hotter in the limo than it was outside. It was also filthy dirty. It looked like someone put muddy hand prints all over the inside. The cups for drinks had dried soda splashed all over them. We rented a limo to relax and travel comfortably. This company provided none of that. I wish I would have read the reviews first. If someone had a good experience I believe it was only by accident. I have also tried contacting the company with no luck at all. Before the wedding we had great communication, now all of a sudden they have fallen off the map. Stay away and pick a reputable company even if you have to spend more. This company isn't worth a cent!!
