Review content:
Blazer Brothers ruined our rug when they attempted to clean it! They agreed that it turned dingy and they attempted to clean it three times. Then when we filed a complaint with the BBB, they showed up unannounced at our house and left the rug. We have ""before"" and ""after"" pictures that prove our point. We will be pursuing legal action against them because they refuse to replace or reimburse us for the rug.
