After 5pm on Friday, June 24th, 2001 I had returned home and found that my bathroom sink faucet was no longer just dripping...it was running and would not turn off.
I immediately called Roto-Rooter and the woman I spoke to told me that she would do her best to find me a technician even though they were all booked on other jobs. Within 15 mins I received a call stating that there was a technician available, named Todd, and that he would be at my house within 30 mins.
TODD WAS WONDERFUL! He was courteous, professional, explained all charges up front and thoroughly presented me with all the options so that I could make an informed decision. I felt confident that I had made the right call to have Roto-Rooter service my plumbing issue.
I cannot say enough about how Todd went out of his way to work through my issues (no shut off valves existed, rusted plumbing lines, my indecisiveness as to which faucet I would like to purchase to replace my existing one, and a dog that continually wanted to make friends). He did a fantastic job and even cleaned up thoroughly afterward.
I would HIGHLY recommend Roto-Rooter and cannot express my sincere thanks enough for such fast and exceptional service!
