Review content:
I called Roto-Rooter because I had a major problem with my drains in the basement. I had no where else to turn. I called and spoke with Sherry on the phone and she was understanding and concerned. She was polite and very knowledgeable. I had a truck at my house within the hour. In fact, the truck was sitting in my driveway before I got home!!!
The service tech never tried to sell me anything. He unplugged my bad drains. What a relief. The bill was not too bad, but the service from start to finish was worth every penny and more.
Thanks Roto Rooter for a job well done. I have plumbing friends of mine, but I will always call Roto-Rooter to the rescue!!
