I found Duane because he was recommended to me by friends and had very favorable reviews on the internet. I'm glad I did. My spouse had been very difficult as I tried to negotiate a deal that was fair to both of us and protected our children in the best way possible. Tempers were high. Duane gave me a free full consultation over the phone and had lots of good ideas. Our call must have lasted at least 30 minutes and he answered all my questions. I made an appointment to meet with him and hired him on the spot. Duane was obviously highly respected by my spouse's attorney, who became much more reasonable immediately. We had a big meeting and Duane had a very calming influence--he kept bringing our attention back to what was best for our kids and what was fair to my spouse and me. We reached a verbal agreement within a couple hours. Duane wrote it up and submitted it to the Court. After the Court processed it, we were divorced. All this without either my spouse or me having to appear in Court. It was a true win-win situation, and I got a much better deal than I was initially requesting. This was all due to Duane's strategic advice. I give Duane Henry my highest recommendation.
