Businiess name:  Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Review content:
This is steak house month for my wife and me. First was Ruth's Chris in Winter Park which was out of this world good. Next up was Fleming's-and we were disappointed. First, to be fair, I'm not a fan of the ""bistro"" concept(visible kitchen in the dining room). The kitchen is located along one side of the dining room and all the activity of waiters ringing up orders/cooks preparing food is open to see. If that's your thing then this may be more to your liking than ours. The steaks were under then over cooked. My wife thought hers tasted like the steak at Outback only at twice the price. The creamed corn was lukewarm and served as a glob-no presentation at all. Our service was not attentive-pleasant but refills and checking on us was none existent. We've marked Fleming's off our list and won't be back. Next up is Del Frisco's. Pros: free valet parking Cons: price/value poor
