I've moved alot in the past decade, on the East Coast as well as in Santa Fe. And used a number of storage facilities in the process. This is by far the best experience I've had yet. When you come down to it, a clean, well functioning, competitively priced storage facility is not hard to find. What is invaluable is the kind of service that the Managers Alex and Meg provided on my recent move. Yes, they are competent, helpful, and well informed. But what's absolutely delightful about my experience with ExtraSpace Storage on Calle Lorca is that they are sensitive to the utter stress of moving on their client and anticipated my needs -- often ones I didn't even realize. Their cool, competent, 'no problem' attitude immediately diffused my sense of overwhelm and even contributed to a convivial attitude among the other customers in the office whenever I was there. They graciously helped me understand the benefits of different options, given my particular storage needs. They are a major asset to the company, and as a result, I will definitely continue to look for ExtraSpace Storage in future moves, and for Meg- and Alex-type service in them.
