Not a good experience with Middle TN Comfort . . . \r \r The square footage of my home requires a three ton hvac unit to effectively cool. Middle TN Comfort replaced my existing three ton condensor with a two ton condensor and just attached it to the existing three ton coil. My home would not sufficiently cool. I spoke to Mr Huggins, the owner of Middle TN Comfort about their mistake, but he is unwilling to fix the problem. I have had to have the two ton condensor replaced by another company. I've filed a complaint with the BBB, and would give warning not to do business with Middle TN Comfort. \r \r 6/18/2013 update\r \r Issue resolved thru BBB arbitration, so terms of resolution have to remain confidential per BBB policy. Interesting to learn that when matters are resolved thru BBB arbitration the complaint does not show up in the business's public profile on teh BBB website. So company with a BBB AAA+ rating and and a history that shows no complaints filed may actually have had multiple complaints resolved thru arbitration.
