Review content:
What a top notch club! It?s hard to choose on what to do first! The indoor track is possibly my favorite, but the indoor pool, 30 min workout circuit ( for us busy execs) and the cardio machines with flat screens are distracting from the basketball court and racquetball options. It has EVERYTHING! Spinning, yoga, Pilates?.. you have got to check this out. I use to be VERY overweight and could have taken advantage of their personal on-line nutritionist back then. I love the personal touch of it now as well tho, and I can save embarrassment of the face to face ?diet? talk?..this really has something for everybody and is first class all the way.
Pros: Optional contract, or month to month
Cons: parking, but they pay for 3 hours a day :)
