Review content:
I am an African-American female that was told by my dermatologist that checmical peels are too harsh for black skin. I also have sensitive skin. However, Michelle at Upclose Beauty, Max used a gentle Glycolic peel combined with a milk-based mask. It has not damaged my skin at all. It is the most gently chemical peel you can get. True, it is not as effective as traditional chemical peels that people of other races can take, but it is worth it for African-American skin to take the gentle approach and just have more chemical peels than average to reach the same results. If your skin is really bad like mine, you will probably need at least 9 to have permanent, deep results. Right now, I am on my fourth one and the dark spots have significantly approved in my face.
