Telephoned for service on Friday, October 21, 2011. Technician showed up and I was given the price of $49 for a jump start. He proceeded to give me a jump start and it did not work connecting from my vehicle to the two truck. He then retrieved a handheld device from his truck and attempted to jump start the car and it worked. However, he increased the charge on the invoice and swiped my credit card for $144 (additional $95 for special equipment). In reviewing the receipt I question him about (1) the receipt is written from Vova Towing from Anaheim, CA and (2) the additional $95 charge. I live in a gated community and he blocked the driveway, so that no cars could enter or exit and demanded that I sign the receipt, which I refused. I went upstairs to telephone the police and came back down and my car would not start--I had to telephone another tow company the next morning and pay to have my car jump started properly.
