Review content:
I brought my big screen Sony TV to them for a new bulb. Once they got the TV they called me and told me the TV also needed the back of the inside of it vacuumed out becasue of dust. They tried to charge me $400 for this dust cleaining. It made no sense since the TV was never used outside or in a dusty place. I called another TV store and they agreed the diagnosis Fairway was recommending was ridiculous. I went to the other place got the bulb for about $100 cheaper than Fairway was charging, and they even told me how to install the bulb myself for free. It was simple! Fairway tried to milk me for an additional $600 between the bulb and the unneccessary cleaning. I would never let anyone go to Fairway. Find an honest TV repair shop, PLEASE!!!!
