It's a wonderful store, plenty of parking, free coffee, free classes and great products. The only negative is that some of that staff enjoy huddling at the checkout area to gossip and they get very annoyed when interrupted. We always visit the store in the mornings, so I am not sure if this is perhaps a morning occurrence. In addition, during the Sundayfunday event the parents were commenting about a Babyearth sales staff that shows up to work with hangovers. They had reported the issue to the top management, but that the particular staff still works there. This issue is making their visits uncomfortable. Apparently, management don't care if the customers are uncomfortable during their visits and/or if they have to deal with an hangover employee.
