I would like to suggest that the statement ?Award winning customer service? on their websiteshould be removed or modify. Perhaps that statement was valid several years back, but is not longer relevant. Conceivably the current management is not paying close attending on how staff behaviors are distressing the overall customer shopping experience. Management is the ultimate responsible party for solving staff behavior issues while definitely paying closer attention to online and other staff comments. Ignoring them, will only generate more issues and less respect for those involve. One or two bad apples are easily replaceable?and it will send a clear message to the rest of the staff.
