My wife and I have been going to the Toy Shop for many years now and they always deliver a fair service. Last week the local Toyota dealer (no names, but located in Folsom) told me my water pump was leaking and my transmission oil needed replacement on my Prius when I brought it in for warranty work. I dropped the car off at the Toy Shop in the following morning as their prices are always better than the dealer & picked it up that night. The bill was ""no charge""!!! It seems the water pump was fine and the tranny oil doesn't require changing. This type of honesty and integrity from the Toy shop has happened to both of us before, and my young niece as well. They never cease to astound us! - Thanks.
