I am writing to direct my note to some of the bad information below. My english is ok so please accept my apology for poor grammar.
The staff in this Kid to Kid store are wonderful to me and my children. They work hard and are nothing but polite even when there are customers yelling at them and abusing them with profanity. There are customers who have no control over their children and yet chide the kid to kid employees for stopping their children from tearing toys open.
They are wonderful at customer service. I can only suggest that the people below think back to how they treated the staff and how they spoke to the staff before they blame them. I shop here many times and they are always pleasant.
There selection is always good and in great condition. Maybe you should clean your clothes before you bring them in.
