Businiess name:  Taj Mahal Indian Restaurant

Review content:
I'm from New Zealand and my wife is from England so we have eaten a lot of Indian food as it is very popular in both conutries, especially England. This place was a joke. I shouldn't really be surprised since it's almost impossible to find any good Indian restaurants in the Chiacgo area. I had the Chicken Tikka Marsala from The Taj Mahal and it was simply awful. Whoever said the food here is great hasn't ever eaten Indian food. The Tikka was watery. It had no taste. If you have had good Indian food you will know that the ""gravy"" is supposed to be nice and thick and full of flavors. This ""stuff"" was not. IT DOESN'T EVEN QUALIFY AS INDIAN FOOD. It's like something you would attempt to make at home only it never turns out like restaurant quality. If you want good Indian food in the suburbs, go to Indian Harvest in Naperville. The service sucks, but boy is the food tasty. It's the closest thing you will get to Indian food in England. This place in Orland Park should do everyone a favor and close their doors.
