Review content:
I contracted with them to insulate my home. They did not
provide the service contracted for. They drilled 3 inch holes in my ceiling of my cape style home to blow insulation into the roof. They left the holes stuffed with a wood plug. They asked to use my vacuum to clean up their mess. They replaced the siding so that the side that hadn't faded was exposed. Some of the siding was not replaced at all. The broke shingles and just pieced them back together. They were suppose to insulate the floor but didn't do the whole for because the floor joists changed direction at a certain point in the floor. They never told me they didn't insulate the whole floor. I found out when I went to replace the flooring. They had to come back 3 times to correct these things. They were very indignant that I was upset about the job they did. My house was still cold. I had another company come out. They found that one outside wall had no insulation, and around and over the windows did not have insulation. Needless to say I had wasted my money having ""Quality"" Insulation do the job. It had to be redone.
