My GC used Quality Insulation out of Milford for years (they were bought out by Masco Contractor Services) so he used them again to insulate our second floor and attics. Promised to show Tuesday, no call no show. This repeated for Wed, Thurs, and Friday. Saleman Rob told me they were not only going to work on Saturday to make it up, but will finish in one day. Also said if there were any problems to call his cell, the manager's cell or the office as they were to be open. They showed up at 9am, started the work, and left at 2pm without telling us they were leaving or calling our GC. Tried calling all three numbers and no answer or call back. Insulation only a fraction finished and what was done was done poorly. Now, all the rest of the work is stalled and causing havoc with our schedules. Unbelievably poor customer service and lousy 'quality' of work
