My wife dropped off two pairs of pants for me to have the zippers and buttons replaced. She was quoted a price of $36.00 plus tax to have the pants repaired. When she was called today to because they were ready, she was told to pick up the pants it would be $55.50 plus tax. She then asked why the price was now higher than the price quoted when she dropped off the pants. She was told that she wasn?t given a price at the time of drop off and she was making up the prices. The employee all but called my wife a liar about the pricing. I can?t vouch for the quality of their work as I will never pay the price to pick up the pants. They sell brand new for $45.00 at JcPenney?s. I would never use this company.
