I drove in at the last minute and I had a noise I was sort of concerned about in my Armada. Although I didn't have an appoinment, they addressed my concerns, and got right on it. Their Service Manager, Jimmy Toombs, visited with me. I was rather impressed as how he listened, looked me directly in the eye and everything was handled better that I could have hoped for. Luckily, it was just a belt and it was due anyway. This was a nice change from past experiences that I've had at other facilities. Even though I didn't buy my SUV there, it didn't matter, they treated me like I did and they didn't over-charge me! I also found out they can work on my ""work"" car, a 2001 VW Jetta as I will schedule a tune-up on it there here pretty soon. I highly reccomend this dealership as others waited on me while I was in the waiting room and so helful and polite. I never see this kind of service or polireness anymore and it was so refreshing to see it here-if you want service or a vehicle, I encourage you to try this place. Next time I trade my vehicle, I definately will be at Dan Mullins first.
