Just moved into my apartment. Despite the other reviews on here, my apartment was exceptionally cleaned. Everything so far has worked as it should. Even after moving in, a maintenance worker asked me if everything was okay with the new apartment and if there was something he could do. I have lived with Barr in the past and I also had a pleasant experience. After living in Campaign-Urbana on/near campus with many companies. Barr's service is much better than most.
