DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Had a blockage in a bathroom toilet from an ant trap that the cat knocked into the toilet. Their ""technician"" (a term I use loosely, con man would be more accurate) attempting to get it out got his snake stuck in the toilet. He then had to charge us to remove the toilet, an additional charge and then broke his snake off in the toilet and informed us that we will need to purchase a new toilet. He told us that they start at about $640 but could give us a 10% discount. Do not use this company, they are scam artists. Please use someone else and save yourself grief and money.
