charged me with treatments i did NOT ask for and gave me the worst haircut of my life. didn't provide with a clear description of the hair style or cut. i was so disappointed with the results i began crying towards the end and the entire drive home. i am so sad because i know have to start over with my hair. the touch up they gave me ended burning the front perimeter of my head and is so tender that i can't even style it like i used to. i would give anything to turn back time and NOT walk into that salon. i honestly have to put my hair in braids for a year to restore the damage they have caused. please be cautious!!! i wish i was.
