During a major remodel project, i was asked to shop at a gallery I found nothing for my taste. I took the recommendation of my designer and headed to City Lights. I worked exclusively with Peggy and found exactly what I wanted. Pricing is competitive, saw many alternative pieces they could order and am going back for a small pendant lamp for accent. Had a wonderful experience. Missing a light bulb I had ordered extra, but I'm sure they""ll take care of it. A far cry from some places we've dealt with who, after months, give you a box that has half the fixture in it. (waukesha business now defunct)Now back (4/11)and have had a different experience. An order(paid for) has been missing for 4 wks. It appears that the order was never placed, even though I called 3 times. What a difference a year makes. Still haven't gotten a call and it is another week. Bad customer service!!
