I am the owner of Alois Painting In Greensburg PA and have found that over the years Cabot Solid Color Siding Stain is the best product for wood siding application. Lowe's now handles Cabot products and the Solid Color Stain is absolutely a one coat product.. The return policies of Lowe's are great for contractors that often overbuy material.
