Review content:
Holly's is a locals favorite. I've seen the PG cops stop in to get their lunch to go, and the news crew from KION (they often interview people out front for their man on the street bits, or come in and interview the waitresses) Everything here is good, but my favorites are the Castroville omelet - artichoke hearts, tomatoes and jack cheese, and the Holly's salad - artichoke hearts, tomatoes, feta cheese and more. Both have lots of artichoke hearts. The soups are really good and homemade. I love the Boston tomato, really rich with a dollop of sour cream on top. Only open for breakfast and lunch. We eat here at least once or twice a week. Can be a little busy at lunch, but you can often get at seat at the counter right away.
Pros: Great home cooked food, friendly service
