I could not have asked for a better experience with Roto-Rooter. I called the toll free number for a clogged toilet after trying to fix it myself with no luck. The plumber arrived 15 minutes later!! He explained the possible outcomes in detail and got to work right away. He was able to avoid pulling the whole toilet from the floor using persistence with the auger. This saved me some money and him some time. It was a good ending to what started out as a bad day.
