I live in a NEW CUSTOM HOME with a NEW HV/AC system installed by Franklin Heating and Cooling, and hired to do the installation by my builder, Glen Giles. Mr. Giles apparently uses this SUB-PAR company for the HV/AC installation in most of the homes he builds. The heating system has NEVER worked properly since it was installed (almost three years ago). I've had to call Franklin Heating and Cooling at the onset of EVERY WINTER for the past three years to fix the heat. They reset something each time, but never fix the problem. At the beginning of winter of 2006 they REFUSED to come to my home to look at the same problem as the previous two winters.
Pros: Fast, Responsive, Trustworthy, Polite Service People, Knowledgeable about Equip.
Cons: Absolutely NONE
