Review content:
Grayson was very prompt on their first visit to diagnose the problem and to get our $60. Their next visit I took off work to meet them and they brought the wrong part. Instead they brought two wrong parts. They blamed it on Whirlpool. The next week they came out again (and I took off work) and brought the WRONG parts AGAIN! I don't know why they don't check their parts before they come.
Cons: They refuses to call back, I asked on several occasions to speak to a manager and they always seem to be out of the office.
